Under the bluesky of May, you may want to do cycling or walking. I recommend this road.

nowadays, these type of snackshop are disappearing, sadly.

this road used to use for creak from lake Tama.

Greece style architecture in Ueno, Japan

International library of children is originally built for Imperial library in 1906.

At that time japanese era was Maiji. just opened country for foreign country.
During Maiji, many eastern style building were built, but after big earthquake and WW2, most of those were lost.
This library luckily survived thoe two disasters.
Recently it was renovated by world famous architecture, Tadao Ando.

The style of this building is rennaisance.

There is a small cafe in the garden.
If you want to have break time, this library maybe nice place, caz there are few people.

Unbelievable thing is that this pub opened 50 years ago! That means how this pub has been loved. atmosphere of inside is nice! caz it's very popular, I'm not sure if you can have dinner or lunch. but I just let you know this fantastic pub!

Cafe Imasa, old Japanese style house cafe

Kanda myoujin is famous for three biggest festival of Tokyo. Next to it, there is a old Ｊapanese style cafe, Imasa. Unfortunately, it usually opens weekday. so I can't go today.

Yushima-Tenjin, the god of aducation

Near Ueno park, Yushima-tenjin is one of the famous and oldest shrine inTokyo.

there is a small pond with bridge which atmosphere is japanese style.
still has Edo priod mooｄ.

This shop sell kind of snack named Agemanju. You can also see this one at Asakusa temple. I love this one!

There is a small garden and bench.

Since why this shirne called the god of education is that there was a man who lived Heian period, about 1300 years ago, named Sugawara no Michizane. He was too small to be in government.   So his enemy had let him go far away from government. After this happening, many disaster had hit the capital. That moment, people believed Michizane was furious about us. They believed after his death, he gonna be demon. This shrine has meaning of people's praying that we warship you, please not be angry with us.

I saw some wedding. On the bridge, there is a couple who were japanese style wedding Kimono, Shiromuku.
Shiromuku means pure.

Komainu. Inu means dog, Koma means old Korean's name.
